Here is the main Infoglue documentation. For 3.0 I have turned away from documents and will continue maintain it in an online form only. As we currently lack sponsors I have to charge a small fee for it when 3.0 is ready as a lot of hours go into this work. If you feel like sponsoring the work we can release it for free again.
